We had a drainage problem and had to have a wall and a fence put up. Of course there were problems but earth creations came up with solutions that work. Did take a little longer than expected but that was because they made sure to take care of my concerns for the safety of my dogs. We are very pleased with the outcome. Great local resource for plants that supports an independent small business. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Russell was especially helpful in finding the elusive (due to the hard freeze we had earlier this year) Drift Roses. I needed 12 and wanted three different colors. No one had any, but Earth Creations did. They were nice healthy plants too. Pick-up was easy and they quickly loaded the plants into my vehicle. The next day I went back for white Penta (seasonal color/flowers) and had another positive experience with Earth Creations. I hope they continue to sell retail to the public, because I really like this business and their enthusiastic staff. We hope to use their landscaping and design services in the future when we redo our backyard.
